We are looking for a PT who enjoys working with people, helping them reach their health goals, and is good with manual therapy and providing high quality comprehensive care to patients of all therapy needs. We are looking for a therapist who can do rehabilitation work with injured federal workers/work comp patients.

Duties:
- Patient initial exam/evaluation and re-examinations
- Review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evals
- Referral to other services as needed
- Patient education- home care, exercises, and therapy options
- Provide high quality physical therapy
- Timely and accurate documentation
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaboration with the other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care plans
- Graduation from an accredited Physical therapy Program
- PT license in CA
- $125k- $145k annually (depending on experience)
- PTO/Vacation
