As a Burn Unit Registered Nurse (RN), youll play a vital role in the healing journey of patients with a variety of burn injuries. With stays ranging from days to weeks, youll build meaningful relationships and witness powerful healing journeys. Partnering with a skilled team thats deeply committed to this unique population, youll restore comfort and healing - caring for patients like family and improving lives every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing patient condition and environment to recognize changes, manage pain, and ensure safety throughout their care journey
• Performing expert procedures and medication administration including pain relief and fluid therapy delivering advanced wound care and dressing changes, monitoring responses and acting swiftly to promote healing and comfort
• Educating and supporting patients and families with compassion and clarity to confidently navigate recovery and make informed decisions
• Collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to provide seamless, patient-centered care tailored to each individuals needs

• Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 60 days of hire.
• Advanced Burn Life Spt must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma
