Contents Restoration Estimator

A top restoration company is looking for a Contents experienced Estimator. They need someone who is skilled with writing estimates for both residential and commercial losses.

The ideal candidate will have a contents background. Must have experience writing estimates.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Define project scope, goals for each project assigned and execute.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and customers in a timely and clear fashion.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Solid restoration knowledge
• Experience writing estimates
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional customer communication and service skills
• Ability to sell and present contracts to the client and close deals
• Knowledge of the property/insurance industry
• Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
