Start Date: March 2, 2026Notes: Looking for 3 bilingual customer service representative candidates for Life New Business Phone Support team. Must be fluent in Spanish and English. Must have strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with agents. Full-time candidates are needed. Columbus area talent search due to hybrid requirement for the role.Schedule: The candidate needs to be available to work between the hours of 11:30 am - 8:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Friday. No weekends. Education: College degree highly preferred. Associate's Degree acceptable. Participation in technical coursework such as LOMA, CLU, ChFC desirable.Overview: Do you love connecting and building new business relationships? As a Representative, you'll provide timely, efficient service for an assigned product and/or service center internal and external customer. You will ensure that we are providing extraordinary care to our customers through workflow management and meeting all required service level agreements. Key Responsibilities: Processes business requests according to government regulations, contract provisions and internal procedures and controls. Adheres to high standards of professional conduct consistent with the delivery of excellent customer service. Provides outstanding quality customer service by demonstrating and understanding customer needs and emphasizing timely responses. Maintains current knowledge of contract and product provisions, administration of Client products, processing systems and related federal and state regulations. Integrates lean methodology into daily interactions through problem-solving meetings and team huddles. Consults and interprets contract provisions for current and past products and assumed business for policyholders, agents/brokers and other operating units. Includes understanding topics that require insurance or securities license and registration and understands when and how to route those inquiries to the properly registered representative. Additional Information: Training will be 4 weeks classroom setting. 1 week shadowing Note: Credit Check is required for this role.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
