Are you passionate about providing excellent medical care to animals in a positive and supportive environment? For Paws Animal Hospital is a busy, fun small animal practice located in North Canton, OH 44720. We offer a spectrum of care services, including excellent medical care provided by registered vet techs. Our facility features a full in-house lab, digital radiography, a separate surgical room, and a positive approach to pretty much everything in the hospital atmosphere. We help all pets who come in and even offer gratis services through our For Paws Project for severely injured animals from local shelters. Staff and DVM life balance is very important to us, and we think out of the box to provide you with school loan help, a leased car, or whatever you need to feel successful and good about yourself.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide small animal care
• Perform soft tissue surgery
• Monitor anesthesia
• Assist with client education
• Conduct dental prophylaxis

Required Skills:

• Animal restraint
• Veterinary assisting
• Small animal medicine
• IV catheterization
• Preventive care

Nice to Have Skills:

• Fear Free Certified

Technical 

• Digital radiography experience
• Dental radiography knowledge

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $170,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $185,000.00
