About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Med-Peds (Internal Medicine & Pediatrics) Physician to join a well-established, independent primary care group with a strong reputation in the North Carolina Triangle region. This is an excellent opportunity to build a robust outpatient practice caring for both adult and pediatric patients, supported by a loyal patient base and an experienced, collaborative clinical team.
Our group has proudly served Chatham, Wake, and Durham Counties since 2013, delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals and families across the lifespan from two convenient Cary locations. The incoming physician will enjoy a collegial environment, strong operational support, and an outstanding work-life balance while practicing full-scope Med-Peds in an outpatient setting, including dermatologic and preventive services.
Position Highlights
- Established Practice: Immediate patient volume ( 3 patients per hour)
- Flexible Scheduling: 30-36 hours per week
- Options include 5 6s, 4 8s, 3 10s, or 3 12s
- Work-Life Balance: Shorter work week with schedule flexibility
- Employment Model: Employed position with comprehensive benefits
- Compensation: Competitive salary with paid malpractice coverage
- Team-Based Care: Collaborate with 5 experienced physicians and 3 seasoned advanced practice providers in a supportive, family-oriented environment

Our practice provides preventive, acute, chronic, dermatologic, sports medicine, and neurology-focused care for patients from infancy through adulthood. We are committed to building long-term patient relationships and improving community health through personalized, evidence-based medicine.
You'll work alongside experienced physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners, supported by an exceptional clinical and administrative staff that allows you to focus on patient care-not paperwork.
