Project Manager IT ( 4125 - Ohio )

A client of Sharp Decisions if looking for an IT Project Manager. This role is HYBRID in Marysville, OH- a multi-year contract with no end date, W2 only.

Daily Task Performed:

Program & Project Management

• Own and maintain the global project plan, including timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Lead end to end execution across regions and workstreams.
• Prepare and distribute program documentation, status reports, and executive updates.

Global Coordination & Communication

• Facilitate and lead cross regional meetings across time zones, including early-morning and late-night sessions.
• Coordinate translation or interpretation support as needed.
• Serve as a central communication point for global teams and leadership.

Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS'

• 5-10+ years of project/program management in global IT or enterprise platform implementations.
• Strong experience coordinating across multiple regions and time zones.
• Ability to navigate language and cultural barriers; familiarity with real time translation support is a plus.
• Exceptional organization, communication, and executive level presentation skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow required, ideally ITSM or related workflows.
