Responsibilities
- Make recommendations to the Project Management Supervisor and Client Sponsor to address project issues, inefficiencies, and concerns.
- Assist the Project Team in developing and scoping documents, schedules, deliverables, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with supply chain and project stakeholders to ensure materials and equipment are delivered according to schedule.
- Oversee the bid process, if needed, and hold contractors accountable for system safety processes.
- Coordinate construction activities with the Clients project team.
- Coordinate activities required for successful installation of assigned projects under the supervision of the Program Manager and Client Sponsor.
- Work with Client Sponsor leadership to determine reporting requirements and provide reports at determined intervals to support business needs.
- Oversee and ensure adherence to Clients internal processes related to project management.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in project budgets, projections, cost tracking, cost analysis, and re-projections.
- Experience in coordination, construction management, and engineering.
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering (from an ABET accredited university).
This is a Permanent position based out of New Albany, OH.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.88/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
