Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ respiratory conditions and review physician orders for therapy.
• Administer treatments such as oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, chest physiotherapy, and mechanical ventilation management.
• Monitor and document patient responses to therapy and make necessary adjustments.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen systems.
• Perform diagnostic tests such as arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis, pulmonary function tests, and oximetry.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and equipment use.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Requirements:

Valid RT license or ability to obtain. (New grads and seasoned professionals encouraged to apply!)
