- Lead, coach, train, and develop the 3rd shift sanitation team to ensure safe, effective, and consistent cleaning practices
- Plan, organize, and execute daily, weekly, and periodic plantwide cleaning and sanitation activities
- Ensure sanitation execution meets all FDA, USDA, GMP, and HACCP requirements
- Develop, maintain, and execute key sanitation programs, including: Master Sanitation / Master Cleaning Schedule (MSS / MCS), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs), Environmental Monitoring & Swabbing Programs, Sanitation effectiveness verification, Plant Improvement Plans (PIP) related to sanitation
- Conduct routine plant inspections, audits, and preoperational checks; track corrective actions through completion using digital systems
- Partner closely with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and external contractors to drive continuous improvement
- Support and reinforce a strong food safety and sanitation culture across the facility
- Identify sanitation risks and promptly escalate food safety concerns to leadership
- Ensure proper use, handling, and compliance of sanitation chemicals and cleaning agents
- Support sanitation equipment care and reliability, including CIP/COP systems and TPM fundamentals
- Lead by example in safety, professionalism, accountability, and teamwork
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of sanitation and/or food safety experience in a manufacturing environment
- Prior sanitation leadership or supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP programs and verification, FDA and USDA regulatory requirements, CleanInPlace (CIP) and CleanOutofPlace (COP) systems, Environmental monitoring and microbiological principles, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) fundamentals
- Fluent in English; bilingual skills are a plus
Compensation:
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employees actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
