Block Storage Support Engineer

• Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise Block Storage and SAN infrastructure.
• Work on technologies like Dell EMC VMAX/PowerMax, HPE 3PAR, Brocade, and Cisco MDS.
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and timely closure of support tickets.
• Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and vendors to resolve storage and connectivity issues.
• Perform storage provisioning, LUN masking, zoning, performance tuning, and capacity management.
• Facilitate and execute storage migrations (block/file) using predefined runbooks.
• Ensure system stability, availability, and compliance with operational standards.
• Participate in a SunThu, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST support shift in a production environment.
