Citizens is hiring a Deli Legend to own our deli experience from top to bottom. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in great food, immaculate standards, and creating genuine connections with guests. We have full time and part-time roles available.

Pay
$14 per hour
50% tip weighting

Job Summary
The Deli Legend delivers standout deli experiences by combining precise product execution with warm, engaging hospitality. You’ll maintain the deli as a showpiece, fully stocked, clean, organized, and always guest-ready while building strong relationships with our locals.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, showpiece deli at all times
- Execute opening, closing, and cleaning checklists
- Prepare sandwiches to spec, every time
- Complete prep lists accurately and efficiently
- Maintain verified on-hand and prep levels (with KM/GM)
- Ensure deli compliance with health and safety standards
- Provide fast, friendly, and engaging guest service
- Offer samples, recommendations, and loyalty cards
- Learn guest names and regular orders
- Execute Citizens Deli SOS standards

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to follow specs, prep lists, and checklists
- Basic POS knowledge
- Clean and compliant workstation habits
- Confident packing and presentation of to-go orders
- Positive, guest-focused attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
