Operations Supervisor
Wage: $55,000/year + $300 Monthly Vehicle Allowance

About the Role
Were hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee security operations across multiple client sites. If youre a natural leader with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, this role puts you right in the center of daily operations and team success.
What Youll Do
- Supervise security officers and Field Supervisors across multiple locations
- Conduct site inspections and ensure post orders are followed
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication and service reviews
- Support new client start-ups and help shape site security plans
- Coach, train, and develop staff; assist with corrective actions when needed
- Manage schedules, staffing, and labor costs to ensure smooth operations
- Review reports, maintain payroll accuracy, and complete required documentation
- Respond to emergencies or incidents as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements
What Were Looking For
- 1+ year of security operations experience (or equivalent)
- High School Diploma or GED (Associates Degree preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and communication
- Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to remain calm during emergencies or high-pressure situations
- Regular driving required
- Occasional walking, bending, kneeling, or lifting up to 25 lbs
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- On-call availability for urgent situations
