Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master to empower teams and organizations to adopt and sustain Agile methodologies. This role will facilitate Agile transformation, mentor teams, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. This position will be a contract and onsite in Miramar, FL.

Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, this role will be direct employment with CAI. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

What Youll Do

  • Guide teams in Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe

  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and retrospectives

  • Coach Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership on Agile principles

  • Assess Agile maturity and recommend tailored strategies

  • Foster a culture of transparency, feedback, and iterative delivery

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to remove impediments and drive change

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field

  • Proven track record of successfully growing and maturing teams or experience leading Agile transformations

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile

  • Ability to coach and train team members on Scrum framework and related artifacts

  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Preferred:

  • Agile certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, SAFe Program Consultant, CTC)

  • Strong Scrum/Project Management experience with Jira

  • Accounting experience

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$50.00-$55.00 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
