What You'll Do
  • Lead Daily Operations: Oversee all foodservice and dining functions for a highend healthcare/senior living community, ensuring exceptional quality, efficiency, and hospitality.
  • Develop & Inspire Teams: Manage and mentor a talented group of culinarians and frontline staff, creating a culture of excellence, growth, and teamwork.
  • Deliver Culinary Excellence: Design and execute fresh, locally inspired menus that provide residents with an elevated, restaurantstyle dining experience.
  • Partner & Collaborate: Build strong relationships with residents, clients, and staff to ensure outstanding service, operational alignment, and guest satisfaction.
