Private Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Chef to craft exceptional daily meals, manage all kitchen operations, and bring thoughtful, dining experiences to a kind, young family. This role offers a unique opportunity to design seasonal menus, support intimate gatherings, and contribute to a warm, familyfocused household where quality, discretion, and hospitality are deeply valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute daily meals tailored to family preferences, dietary needs, and seasonal ingredients
• Design weekly menus and collaborate with the family on culinary preferences and upcoming events
• Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including inventory, sourcing, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Maintain a spotless, efficient, and wellorganized kitchen environment
• Prepare meals for gatherings, holidays, and special occasions, ensuring elevated presentation and hospitality
• Accommodate travel meal prep or occasional onsite cooking at secondary residences, as needed
• Occasionally perform off-site cooking and/or meal prep from your own home when needed to support the family's schedule and weekly meal plan
• Ensure strict confidentiality, professionalism, and respect for the family’s privacy and routines

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Private Chef or in a comparable finedining environment
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary accommodations, and seasonal menu planning
• Expertise in a wide range of cuisines, with the ability to adapt to evolving preferences
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with calm efficiency
• Experience working in a household settings preferred
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed and the ability to travel to other properties for extended period of time if requested
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen
