We're looking for someone that's passionate about ethics & compliance, third-party risk, anti-corruption and creating a better VS&Co associate experience to be our next Senior Legal Analyst, Third-Party Risk Management. This is a strategic position within the VS&Co Ethics & Compliance team and will assist in the implementation of the anti-corruption compliance and third-party due diligence program on behalf of the enterprise. The position requires previous experience with compliance activities and/or corporate intelligence. This position reports directly to the Director of Anti-Corruption Compliance.

Your Impact
Execute due diligence procedures on VS&Co' s third-parties, including gathering information via desktop and database searches, conducting risk assessments, performing sanction screenings, evaluating responses from third-parties, and communicating concise summaries of relevant observations
Generate and analyze third-party process data for trends and communicate any need for modification or change in approach
Coordinate and assist in resolution of red flags
Prepare written memorandums for team leaders and VS&Co business units related to due diligence activities
Assist with implementation of anti-corruption initiatives and program enhancement
Work with and administer compliance systems (e.g., our third-party risk management workflow tool, our gifts & hospitality registry) and make recommendations on technology improvements
Help drive the Company's annual Conflicts of Interest Disclosure Process, including review and remediation of any potential disclosures
Interact with cross-functional VS&Co teams and external parties
Be part of our cross-training culture and support other activities undertaken by the broader Ethics & Compliance team, including but not limited to continuous monitoring, investigations, training and education, photoshoot compliance or any other tasks as required and assigned

Minimum Salary: $84,200.00
Maximum Salary: $114,975.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
Your Experience
Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years relevant experience in a due diligence, third-party risk, compliance, finance/audit or related field
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SAP
Communicates in a highly effective and professional manner (verbal and written), thoughtfully expressing viewpoints, analyses or conclusions
High attention to detail coupled with analytical, auditing and project management skills
Ability to execute tasks in a thorough, composed, accurate and timely fashion
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional partners
Self-motivated, self-starting and a creative thinker
Conducts all work in an ethical, honest and professional manner; ability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
