The Human Resources Manager / HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to plant leadership and operations teams in a fast?paced industrial manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives, driving workforce engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor and safety regulations. Acting as a trusted advisor, the HRBP balances strategic initiatives with hands?on support for employees and managers. As part of a global HRBP team, this position also contributes to global HR processes while owning site?specific HR responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.
  • Developing and executing health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines.
  • Provide HR policy guidance.
  • Designing employees' compensation and benefits packages.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
  • Ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and maintains workplace safety standards.
  • Collaborate with plant managers and department leaders to identify workforce needs and align HR strategies with production goals.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession management.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and workforce scheduling systems in partnership with HR shared services.
  • Analyze HR metrics-including turnover, absenteeism, and training effectiveness-to recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, OSHA regulations, and company policies.

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment; global organization experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and OSHA standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change in a production?driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem?solving skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and workforce analytics.

Salary Range:

$110K-$120K
