Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans
• Utilize community resources to provide comprehensive support to clients
• Provide social work services to persons in need
• Offer clinical social work services to individuals and families
• Facilitate relapse prevention programs for clients struggling with substance abuse
• Provide supervision to other mental health staff members.

Required Skills:

• Experience in family therapy and marriage and family therapy
• Proficiency in conducting biopsychosocial assessments
• Ability to provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor, Master Social Worker, or Social Worker
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and clinical supervision

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in substance abuse counseling
• Training in psychotherapy techniques

Salary Range: $40.00 to 60.00 per hour
