Pay: $55,000 – $60,000 per year + Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time

Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, we provide a full spectrum of dental services from general dentistry to complex full-mouth rehabilitation. We are looking for a motivated, hands-on leader with dental management experience who thrives in a team-based environment. This is not a behind-the-desk role—you will be actively involved in daily operations, leadership, and patient flow while helping drive practice success.

We are seeking a ROCKSTAR who is energetic, positive, and driven to help both the practice and the team grow.

Key Responsibilities

Staff & Team Management

Schedule and supervise staff
Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews
Approve timecards and manage PTO requests
Present and close treatment plans
Offer financial options to patients (sales experience required)
Front Office Operations

Support the front desk with phone calls, scheduling, and treatment plan presentations
Handle insurance verification, billing, and payment posting
Business Operations

Monitor and drive production and collection goals
Ensure patients are properly reappointed and cared for at the highest standard
Maintain a strong focus on patient experience and satisfaction
Leadership & Culture

Lead daily morning huddles and celebrate team wins
Collaborate closely with providers to build a unified, high-performing team
Set the tone for a positive, supportive, and productive work environment
Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience
Proficiency in billing, posting, and explaining insurance to patients
Proven experience presenting and converting treatment plans
Preferred Qualifications

Strong customer service background
Experience with Open Dental (a plus)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
