This is a remote role expected to be local to the South of the US.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and meet revenue targets
• Manage and mentor a remote sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
• Oversee the selling process and sales team to achieve net sales expectations.
• Focus on Tier 1 customer accounts through direct engagement with customer leadership teams, buyers, category managers, and key decision?makers to drive growth.
• Support regional teams in developing individual sales plans aligned with overall regional growth targets.
• Coordinate with local and regional distributors to ensure operators receive exceptional service and support.
• Manage existing and new customer programs, including pricing, rebates, and sampling.
• Collaborate with internal teams-including Strategy, Revenue Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Supply Chain-to develop effective sales strategies and customer solutions.
• Participate in demand planning to monitor forecast accuracy and alignment with business plans.
• Identify necessary plan adjustments based on monthly and quarterly sales performance.
• Review monthly and quarterly sales volumes for each market to ensure alignment with targets.

• Bachelor's Degree and/or Culinary Arts Degree.
• Ability to create executive?level presentations for internal and customer audiences.
• Highly organized and detail?oriented with strong technical writing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on business needs.

Salary Range:

$160K-$180K
