Gorman Moisture Protection is hiring Commercial Waterproofing Laborers to join a hardworking crew that takes pride in doing things right the first time. If you like physical work, learning valuable trade skills, and being part of a solid team, this may be your next long-term home.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with commercial waterproofing installations on large-scale projects

• Apply membranes, sealants, coatings, and drainage systems

• Prep surfaces including cleaning, grinding, and material handling

• Follow safety procedures and jobsite standards

• Work alongside experienced foremen and skilled tradespeople

What We’re Looking For

• Commercial construction or waterproofing experience preferred, but not required

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• A valid driver’s license is required

• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required
