Position Summary:
The Front Desk Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the dental office, including patient records.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards.
- Manage appointment scheduling systems and maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; B.Sc. or Assoc. degree preferred.
- Dental experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, insurance claims processing, and records management.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Management (EMR) - Dentrix, etc.
