About the Opportunity:

Saratech is seeking a Solutions Consultant with B2B sales experience. This is a full-time position located in southern Califronia, Arizona, Colorado . Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications, experience, and abilities:

Salary Range:

  • $42,000 - $80,000 Base, Uncapped Commissions

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A proven track record of Consultative Sales success. We are looking for a sales consultant with experience partnering with customers -- not a transactional sales rep.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B technology or software sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions related to engineering and manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM tools.
  • A proactive, consultative approach to understanding customer challenges and aligning them with Saratech's solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
  • Leverage existing client relationships to grow Saratech and build the pipeline in, and drive pursuit of, the full Saratech portfolio.
  • In-depth knowledge of client's business, organizational structure, business processes, and financial structure.
  • Conduct selling efforts as needed.
  • Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure sales program's success across teams and departments throughout the company.
  • Understand and interpret technical requirements, engineering workflows, and manufacturing processes to align solutions with client needs.
  • Drive targeted outreach campaigns to new and existing accounts, positioning Saratech's Siemens software solutions and services.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web, initiating meaningful conversations to uncover opportunities.
  • Ensure client success by delivering solutions that optimize engineering and manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, support, community management, internal systems, product management and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns and offerings.
  • Facilitate programs to gather requirements and features from customers and their communities to augment sales, marketing, development, support, product management, and business and technology partnerships, and others as needed.
  • Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of industry trends, associated solutions, and key partners.
  • Must be willing to travel in territory
