Daily Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of concrete foundation projects
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Supervise and train construction crew members
• Maintain a safe work environment

Required Skills:

• Experience in concrete waterproofing and general concrete construction
• Knowledge of civil construction and reinforced concrete
• Experience with structural steel foundations and exterior paving

Nice to Have Skills:

• Concrete design experience
• Knowledge in construction management
• Understanding of structural design and concrete hardscapes

Technical Skills:

• Can operate a Total Station

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $63,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $73,000.00
