Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a driven, outgoing, and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to support restaurant operations and help lead a high-performing team. This role is ideal for a hardworking restaurant manager who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and leads from the floor.

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
• Lead shifts and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest concerns
• Train, coach, and motivate restaurant staff
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
• Support scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• At least 5 years of Full-service Restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Outgoing personality with a guest-first mindset
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
