Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team. By leading on transactions, systems, and preparation for core people processes, this role will support HRBPs to focus on strategic priorities . The ideal candidate will have HR processes and systems skills, as well as being detail oriented which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Hoboken NJ (2 days onsite/3 days work from home)
Pay Range: $32 - $42 hourly
Contract: 6 Months (extension possible)

Whats the Job?

  • Manage day-to-day HR transactions, Workday processing, and employee lifecycle activities to ensure accuracy and consistency across the Foods and Customer Operations (CO) divisions.
  • Coordinate talent processes including Talent Forums, End-of-Year reviews, and key HR initiatives like UniVoice and APR, while maintaining documentation to support a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Assist HRBPs with organizational design and change management by preparing materials, gathering data, and supporting implementation and communication efforts.
  • Drive employee engagement through team-building activities and consistent, aligned communications that foster a positive workplace culture across both business units.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and employees, acting as a trusted HR resource and partnering with HRBPs to deliver proactive, solutions-oriented support.

Whats Needed?
  • 5+ years of HR experience with a strong understanding of HR processes and systems
  • Workday system knowledge required
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across two large categories.
  • Strong communication and writing skills for preparing content, presentations, and employee communications.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with HRBPs, leaders, and employees and p assion for enabling great HR delivery and creating a smooth employee experience.
