Job Description

We’re on the hunt for an Assembly Associate ready to roll up their sleeves, join the crew, and help us build gear that doesn’t just work — it wins. Bonus points if you’re not just looking for a job, but a launchpad. Curiosity, hustle, and a hunger to learn? Bring We're excited to connect with applicants who are genuinely interested.

Position Summary

Assembly I: Where Your Hands Build What Ideas Dream Up
You’re the heartbeat behind the build. The final stop between raw parts and finished perfection. As an Assembly I team member, you’re not just putting things together — you’re turning components into confidence, gear into greatness, and tools into tales waiting to be told. If you’ve got a sharp eye, a steady hand, and a work ethic stronger than your coffee, this gig's got your name on it.

What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. How the magic happens)

  • Assemble components and products according to detailed instructions, work orders, or blueprints — with precision, care, and a healthy dose of pride.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and exact specifications — because craftsmanship counts.
  • Promptly identify and report any defects, inconsistencies, or equipment malfunctions to your supervisor — no detail too small, no issue too minor.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times — a tidy bench builds better gear.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, procedures, and operational guidelines — respect for the rules keeps everyone moving forward.
  • Consistently meet or exceed production goals and quality benchmarks without compromising standards.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned, whether it’s a new task, tool, or challenge — flexibility is part of the job.

What You Bring to the Table

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent — preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
  • No experience? That’s okay — if you bring a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training.

Core Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality — because precision is part of the product.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude, including familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
  • Solid communication skills and a collaborative attitude — teamwork makes the workflow.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to getting the job done right the first time.

Physical Requirements:

  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of lifting and moving up to 30 lbs as needed.
  • Good manual dexterity and visual acuity — you'll need both to handle small components and maintain consistent quality.

The Environment

You’ll be working in a manufacturing/warehouse zone that’s buzzing with machines, motion, and a little bit of mayhem — the good kind. Expect some noise, shifting temps, and gear that’s going places. (Most Assembly crew members will not need to go into the warehouse.)

Why Join the Crew?

Because here, you’re not just another cog in the machine. You’re part of a tribe of tinkerers, builders, and big thinkers. We celebrate hustle, support growth, and make room for your big ideas. Want to build something that matters? This is your launchpad.
