As a key member of our practice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing top-notch patient care.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage patient scheduling and appointments
• Handle insurance billing, claims, and verification
• Assist with treatment planning and patient care
• Oversee front office operations and file management
• Coordinate credit card processing and accounts receivable

Required Skills:

• Experience with Curve Dental software ( is a plus)
• Strong administrative skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Ability to handle inbound/outbound calling
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with insurance referrals and collections
• Proficiency in general office duties
• Previous experience in a dental office setting

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $44,636.00
• Maximum Salary: $52,337.00
• Benefits: Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off
