Mount Pleasant Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our rapidly growing Fixed Operations team in one of the fastest-developing areas of Mount Pleasant.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the service process

• Accurately write repair orders and clearly explain recommendations

• Communicate effectively with technicians and management

• Build trust, retention, and long-term customer relationships

• Maintain CSI standards while operating in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Prior automotive service advisor experience (CDJR experience a plus)

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Ability to manage a high-volume workflow efficiently

• Team-oriented, professional, and growth-minded

• Valid driver’s license
