We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Construction Foreman to join our growing team. This is a long-term opportunity for a motivated, goal-oriented professional who takes pride in leadership and hands-on work. Must be willing to travel throughout the United States.
The Construction Foreman is responsible for supervising and leading a crew, coordinating daily job site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing project schedules to meet deadlines. This role requires both strong leadership skills and the ability to perform physical labor alongside the team as needed. Must be willing to travel throughout the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead construction crews on job sites
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulations
- Manage daily schedules and project timelines
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower
- Perform physical labor when required
- Maintain quality standards and productivity
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety practices
- Ability to perform physical labor and work in varying conditions
- Read and understand blueprints and build to specification instructions with precision and quality
Requirements and Skills
- Must be willing to travel nationwide up to 90% of the time.
- 3 years’ experience as a construction foreman
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional critical thinking skills
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
