This position supports full-cycle recruitment at OSU with an emphasis on recruit-to-hire process improvement solutions for academic, staff, and student positions. This role is a hybrid, three-year term position. As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Consultant, you will deliver outstanding customer and candidate experiences throughout the process of sourcing, recruiting and selecting talent in addition to the following:
Understands and effectively communicates descriptions of open positions and critical requirements to candidates
Implements creative sourcing to build qualified applicant pools
Provides a thorough and accurate overview of the departments mission, priorities, culture and tradition
Maintains best practices to ensure regulatory and legal compliance
Works on TA strategic priorities and initiatives that support both TA and the unit/hiring manager.
Communicates effectively and works closely with our HR Partners
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4 years of relevant recruitment and/or human resources experience
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with high-volume recruiting at OSU
Workday knowledge
Familiar with MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems
