Make measurable impact on teaching and student learning by leading engaging, research-based professional learning (PD) for K-12 educators. As a K-12 Professional Learning Facilitator, you'll educate, engage, and empower teachers and school leaders as they strengthen practice and grow results.
Who you are: You connect naturally with educators, bring a steady, positive presence, and love helping adults learn. You're self-motivated, comfortable working remotely, and energized by learning new approaches and sharing them in a way that feels practical and real.
Background that shines here: Experience as a principal, teacher, instructional coach, trainer, consultant, or professor translates beautifully to this work. We value people who take ownership, collaborate smoothly, and welcome feedback as a tool to keep getting better.
What you'll do: As an independent contractor, you'll customize and deliver evidence-based instructional practices using your own presentation style, while staying aligned to our content and outcomes. You'll model classroom-ready techniques, guide meaningful conversation, and help educators take strategies from good idea to ready to use.
What matters to us: A bachelor's degree (or higher) and a genuine passion for training educators in innovative, research-aligned practices. Familiarity with the spirit of professional learning (job-embedded, collaborative, data-informed) is a plus.
The work style: Remote and project-based. Earnings vary based on individual effort, business experience, diligence, and leadership.
