Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer service professional to join our team.

Pleasant Valley Veterinary Clinic prides ourselves on being a privately owned mixed animal clinic in Tonganoxie, Kansas. Our motto is "Small-town care. Big-time quality. Mixed animal medicine with heart, value, and expertise that’s worth discovering."

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self starter that enjoys interacting with pets and their family members. The position requires a commitment to customer service, pleasantly representing our clinic as the first face clients will see, exhibiting attention to detail and being suited for a fast paced environment. A working knowledge of basic computer and phone systems is needed. We will train you on the specifics.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, understand, and resolve customer issues.
• Answer customer calls and emails.
• Have excellent writing skills.
• Know how to use software to organize data.
• Keep detailed records of customer transactions during check in/out process.
• Be able to multitask.
• Have great verbal communication skills.
• Learn in a fast paced environment.
• Scheduling appointments.

Hours:

• Monday - Friday 7:45am to 5:30pm (off on Wednesdays)
• Saturdays 8am - Noon (every 3rd Saturday)
