Process Engineer-Wet Etch

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and continuously improve wet etch processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Monitor process performance, control critical parameters, and troubleshoot yield and quality issues.
• Develop and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Introduce and qualify new processes, tools, and wet etch technologies.
• Lead and support process and technology transfers across manufacturing operations.
• Participate in cross-functional troubleshooting task forces to resolve complex process issues.
• Lead task teams and manage small- to medium-scale projects.
• Collaborate closely with Integration and Quality teams to ensure process stability and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of wet etch process engineering experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of wet etch principles, theories, techniques, and process controls.
• Hands-on experience with Akrion, DNS, SEZ, and/or Semitool wet etch equipment.
• Proven organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team.
• Experience with design of experiments (DOE), data analysis, and statistical tools such as JMP.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Familiarity with PROMIS WIP management systems and JMP statistical software preferred.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
