Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development and execution
• Create authentic, high-quality Italian dishes with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff to maintain high standards
• Ensure consistency, presentation, and portion control across all dishes
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with ownership/management on concepts, specials, and long-term vision

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef in an Italian-focused kitchen
• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Italian cooking techniques
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent organizational and cost-control skills
• Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable dining experiences
• Experience with plate presentation and scratch cooking
