As a Help Desk Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services and providing top-notch support to our clients. Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the help desk team
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members
  • Monitor help desk performance and ensure service level agreements are met
  • Develop and implement best practices for help desk management
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues

Required Skills:

  • Experience with Remote Desktop Protocol and LAN/WAN design
  • Strong background in Help Desk Management and Computer Science
  • Knowledge of Systems Center Configuration Manager and Windows operating systems
  • Experience in hardware support, VPN, and remote support
  • Proficiency in AD Group Policy, virus removal, and firewall management

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with BMC Remedy and DHCP/DNS management
  • Knowledge of infrastructure management and Windows 10 operating system

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $116,000 to $168,960 per year, based on experience.
