We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our home health team. The ideal candidate demonstrates proven ability to deliver exceptional patient care, implement effective treatment plans, and promote positive clinical outcomes.

Schedule:

• Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional visits may be scheduled as early as 7:30 AM or as late as 6:00 PM)
• Weekend availability is rarely required
• No minimum number of visits per day
• Typical visit duration: 30–45 minutes

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home physical therapy services with professionalism and empathy
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Florida
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and exercise techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
