Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Create planograms for visual merchandising
• Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
• Implement loyalty marketing programs to retain customers
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively

Required Skills:

• Strong store management experience
• Ability to handle bank deposits and cash management
• Excellent customer service and guest support skills
• Knowledge of retail sales and merchandising techniques
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and expense control

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in cosmetic sales
• Ability to pull and replenish stock efficiently
• Previous retail management experience

Salary and Benefits:
