Your primary responsibility is outside sales—meeting homeowners, conducting property assessments, presenting solutions, and securing contracts. You will manage your deals from first visit to final collection with proven training, tools, and processes to support your success.

First 90 Days: Pipeline Build With Full Draw Protection
The first quarter of your employment is designed to give you the strongest possible start. During these first 90 days, you will focus on building a healthy sales pipeline rather than relying on collected revenue. To support your rampup, you receive a $1,000 weekly draw and can retain your draw as earned income by meeting the monthly pipeline thresholds shown below.
Monthly Pipeline Goals & Minimum Achievement Thresholds
Month 1: $50,000 pipeline goal → 75% minimum ($37,500)
Month 2: $100,000 pipeline goal → 75% minimum ($75,000)
Month 3: $100,000 pipeline goal → 80% minimum ($80,000)
What Happens When You Meet These Thresholds
Your draw for the month is considered fully earned income
Your draw is not reduced, not clawed back, and not applied against future commissions
You begin your career without any deficit, supported by a strong financial foundation
Because most projects have not yet reached final collection in the first 90 days, this structure ensures that new representatives start with stability while building a pipeline that will fuel longterm earnings.
After your first three months, you transition into the standard incentive plan, with commissions paid on collected revenue and performancebased bonuses.

Conduct exterior property assessments
Present roofing and restoration solutions
Guide customers through retail, insuranceassisted, and financed options
Manage your sales pipeline from first visit to final collection
Maintain accurate CRM documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects moving
Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Insured personal vehicle
Ability to conduct field sales activity
Availability during homeowner hours (some evenings/weekends)
Ability to use mobile apps for photos, notes, and CRM updates
Ability to complete exterior property assessments
