Location:
Situated near Dublin, Ohio, this role is based in a 110-bed hospital recognized as a Level III trauma center. The facility combines advanced medical technology, including GE Logiq E10 ultrasound machines and EPIC electronic medical records, set within a vibrant community known for its welcoming atmosphere and excellent quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive vascular and cardiac ultrasound procedures, including ABIs (segmental and exercise), lower and upper extremity arterial and venous studies, carotid assessments, and abdominal aorta scans (complete, limited, and screenings).
- Accurately capture and analyze imaging data to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in night, weekend, and holiday call rotations as discussed during the interview process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of experience in echocardiography and vascular sonography.
- Completion of a two-year allied health-related program such as sonography, radiology, respiratory therapy, occupational therapy, or nursing.
- ARDMS certification as RDCS or RCS with RVT or RVS credentials is mandatory.
- BLS certification required (pending acceptable if obtained prior to start).
- Extensive hands-on experience with vascular and cardiac sonography procedures.
Schedule:
- Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
- Every other holiday rotation
- On-call responsibilities for nights, weekends, and holidays
