Job Responsibilities

Perform daily trash pickup on property grounds

Complete work orders promptly and professionally

Handle apartment turnovers and prepare units for new residents

Assist with snow removal as needed

Ensure property safety and quality standards

Requirements

Previous experience in apartment, property, or building maintenance

Own tools required

Reliable transportation

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
