Cobb Luxury Cars (CLC) is a high-volume used car dealership located in Marietta, GA. We specialize in quality pre-owned vehicles and handle all of our reconditioning and repairs in-house. As a fast-paced, volume-driven store, we are looking for a skilled and organized technician who can efficiently manage and complete reconditioning-focused repairs.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced ASC Certified Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of performing a wide range of repairs and reconditioning services on various makes and models.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a production-style environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics

• Complete mechanical and electrical repairs

• Handle reconditioning-focused repairs (brakes, suspension, steering, engine performance, etc.)

• Conduct preventative maintenance services

• Ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards before retail sale

• Maintain organized workflow and documentation

• Work efficiently to meet production goals in a high-volume environment

Required Certifications & Qualifications

• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certification (preferred)

• ASC Certification (required)

• Additional ASE certifications (A1–A8) strongly preferred

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Minimum 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Master Technician status

• Experience working in used car reconditioning

• Familiarity with multiple makes and models

• Strong time management and production efficiency
