Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience with project management, cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders.
- A Portfolio link showcasing exceptional craft and experience designing and leading mobile and tablet product software or services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
- 1 year of experience leading design projects.
- Experience with navigating ambiguity to ship features at scale, and working cross-functionally.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups or high fidelity prototypes.
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
- Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
- Drive multiple projects simultaneously and semi-independently with high volume output.
