Auto Mechanic

Pay: $15–$20 per hour

Mike’s Garage LLC in North Lawrence, New York, is hiring a skilled Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician to join our growing team. If you have experience with vehicle inspections, oil changes, tire services, and general automotive repair, we want to talk to you! Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle inspections (NY State Inspections a plus)
• Complete tire changes, tire rotations, balancing, and flat repair
• Handle oil changes and routine preventative maintenance
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform brake services, engine repairs, suspension work, and other general auto repair
• Maintain shop cleanliness and follow safety procedures
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as an Auto Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Lube Technician, or Tire Technician
• Ability to perform standard automotive maintenance and repairs
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused
• NY State Inspection certification required
