Responsibilities - Sales Associate:

• Help customers select and purchase the vehicle of their dreams! Bring your 'A' game to work every day!
• Learn about our products and keep abreast of current inventory
• Greet customers and help them select a vehicle in inventory. Great listening skills are key!
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Present pricing and complete paperwork
• Provide a completely satisfied customer buying experience
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat/referral business
• Prospect for new customers
• Meet sales quota

Qualifications - Sales Associate:

• A goal-oriented self-starter with excellent sales, communication, customer service, and social media skills
• Energetic with a positive attitude and good work ethic
• Team participant
• Valid in-state driver's license and insurance
• High school diploma or GED
