As a Program Manager specializing in customer network solutions within the Google Enterprise Network team, you will play a key role in ensuring our networks meet our most important business needs, maintaining and enhancing the security, reliability, scalability, and automation of enterprise networks. You will be responsible for direct internal customer engagement, defining priorities based on strategic Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to guide network product development and lifecycle decisions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with globally distributed teams to manage and drive the development and delivery of enterprise network engineering products, utilizing automation and software programs to provide efficient network services to customers.
  • Develop reports to track project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and overall status; collaborate with stakeholders to manage, track, and control project issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful execution of customer engagements.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for Enterprise product and service enhancements.
