• Be the go-to leader during your shift, managing the flow, jumping behind the bar, or serving when needed.

• Keep service smooth, fun, and on point while motivating your crew to bring their best every day.

• Set the vibe, whether it's pre-shift huddles or elevating the guest experience.

• Make sure every drink poured and dish plated meets Sonesta's signature standards.

• Handle guest feedback like a pro with warmth, solutions, and a smile.

• Keep operations tight: inventory, scheduling, cost controls, and all those behind-the-scenes details that make the magic happen.

• 2+ years rocking it as a server or bartender, you know the hustle and love it.

• Experience leading a team (officially or unofficially, you've been the one people follow).

• A sharp eye for detail and a can-do attitude.

• Great communication, organization, and that natural ability to make people feel welcome.

• A calm head when things get busy and a passion for creating moments that matter.
