Position Summary:
Responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing material meets the quality inspection standards and maintaining accurate records for all shipments. Primary duties include receiving, pulling and issuing, packaging, and arranging transportation of products to fulfill customer requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
- Receive all incoming shipments while ensuring quality and accuracy standards are met
- Label all incoming material with the associated part number and project number
- Deliver received goods to proper area of plant
- Pack outgoing shipments in accordance with size and weight specifications
- Set up small shipments through UPS and FedEx shipping programs
- Work with third party shipping partners to set up freight & other large shipments, as needed
- Picking inventory for production staging according to production orders
- Maintain inventory integrity for all products being received, shipped and picked
- Maintain and control all material transaction related records
- Document and return all unused material from project builds to proper storage location
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP & Epicor) for job related transactions
- Monitor indirect material inventory kanban and submit requisitions for replenishment
- Understand Lincoln Electrics EHS policy and how it relates to this job
- Participate in process improvement activities
- Other duties, responsibilities and special projects as assigned
Essential Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiar with personal computer and business system functions

- Immediately notify the Supervisor if there is any safety hazard, any equipment not operating correctly, or if there are any questions regarding EHS procedures.
