Where You'll Work This role is remote ; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Florida, Georgia, Boise, Idaho area, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia. You'll report to the CS&E Operations Manager. What You'll Do Screen and fill open positions using TA technologies and online recruiting resources. Manage candidate and hiring manager communications to guarantee a quality experience and updates. Regular management and communication of candidates and hiring managers to keep them informed by email or Teams, and to provide a quality Candidate / Client experience. Develop and implement recruiting plans and sourcing strategies.
